Step two is keeping the smart source, red plum, and pg brand saver inserts in the local paper. They're the most valuable but only when combined with in store coupons, sales, and any saving memberships or double coupon days. It's a well known fact that the combination of these methods maximizes coupon savings. You have to be diligent and really watch each sale, and clip all the coupons you can. You may have seen this popular show on TLC - Extreme Couponing. This show is very exciting and great because it got people like my wife and I more interested in coupon savings, but I wanted to do my own research. That show makes for great tv but the actors clearly are not displaying the norm, unless you have 50 newspaper subscriptions to get multiple coupons it's not likely you will be getting the store to pay you for your $200 order anytime soon (better than free) but hopefully this resource and others can get you going in the right direction to saving more money by using coupons.
